Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how the mobile game Spirit Road (package / bundle ID com.slt.spiritroad, the “App”) and this website, both provided by DJ.H (Do Jin-hyeon) (the “Operator”), handle information.

2. Information we collect

The Operator collects no personal data — no name, email, phone number or contacts. There is no account and no sign-in, and the Operator runs no server.

Ads (Google AdMob). The App shows full screen ads between runs and an optional rewarded ad (watch an ad to double a run's gold and spirits). These are served by Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. To serve, limit, measure and protect ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the App may collect:

• the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID; on iPhone the IDFA only if you allow tracking — the App does not ask for it) and app instance identifiers;
• IP address and the approximate (coarse) location derived from it;
• device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version) and how you interact with ads (views, taps);
• crash and performance data of the ads SDK.

Google processes this under its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google Privacy Policy. The Operator only sees aggregate ad reports (for example impressions and earnings) and cannot identify you.

The App has no in-app purchases, no analytics of its own and no crash reporting of its own.

3. Data stored only on your device

So you can continue playing, the following is saved in your device's local storage only. It never leaves your device and the Operator cannot see it.

If you have turned on your device's own backup (for example iCloud Backup or Google backup), the operating system may include the App's data in a backup stored in your own account. That backup is handled between you and Apple or Google; the Operator has no access to it.

4. Network access

The App uses the internet only to load and show ads through Google AdMob. The game itself works offline, and your game progress is never sent anywhere. The Operator has no server.

5. Device permissions

The App asks you for no device permissions — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or storage access. On Android the ads SDK declares the internet, network state and advertising ID permissions, which are granted without a prompt.

6. Sharing and processors

The only third party is Google (AdMob), which receives the ad data in section 2 directly from the ads SDK in order to serve ads. The Operator does not sell, rent or hand over any personal data.

7. Retention and how to delete your data

Progress saved on your device stays there until you delete it. You can delete it at any time:

• Uninstall the App: removing the App deletes its saved progress and settings from your device.
• Android: Settings → Apps → Spirit Road → Storage → Clear data.
• iPhone / iPad: Settings → General → iPhone (iPad) Storage → Spirit Road → Delete App.

The Operator keeps no copy of your data, so deleted progress cannot be recovered by the Operator.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. Ads are limited to content rated for general and parental-guidance audiences.

9. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers. Only your language choice (Korean / English) is remembered in your browser's local storage (localStorage); it is never sent to the Operator.

The website is hosted on Netlify and loads the Pretendard font from the jsDelivr CDN. When you open a page, standard request information such as your IP address and browser type may reach these services, which process it to deliver and secure the site. The Operator does not use this information to identify or analyze visitors.

10. Your rights

The Operator holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. You can delete the data on your device as described in section 7.

Ad choices. Where the law requires it (for example the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent before ads use your data, and a privacy button in the lobby lets you change that choice at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads / Privacy → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising). 12. Changes to this policy

If the App changes in a way that affects how information is handled, we will update this policy and its effective date on this page. Material changes, such as starting to collect any data, will be announced on this page and in the App update notes before they take effect.

2. 수집하는 개인정보

운영자는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인 기능이 없고, 운영자는 서버를 두지 않습니다.

광고(Google AdMob). 앱은 판과 판 사이에 전면 광고를, 원할 때만 보는 보상형 광고(광고를 보면 그 판의 골드·정령 2배)를 보여 줍니다. 광고는 Google LLC의 Google AdMob이 제공합니다. 광고를 보여 주고 횟수를 제한하고 성과를 측정하고 부정 사용을 막기 위해 앱에 포함된 Google 모바일 광고 SDK가 다음 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

• 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iPhone은 이용자가 추적을 허용한 경우에만 IDFA — 앱은 추적 허용을 요청하지 않습니다)와 앱 인스턴스 식별자
• IP 주소와 그로부터 추정한 대략적인 위치
• 기기·앱 정보(모델, OS 버전, 언어, 앱 버전)와 광고 상호작용(노출, 탭)
• 광고 SDK의 오류·성능 정보

Google은 이 정보를 자체 방침에 따라 처리합니다: Google 서비스를 사용하는 사이트 또는 앱의 정보를 Google이 사용하는 방법, Google 개인정보처리방침. 운영자는 노출 수·수익 같은 집계 보고서만 볼 수 있으며 이용자를 식별할 수 없습니다.

앱에는 인앱 결제가 없고, 자체 분석(애널리틱스)이나 자체 충돌 보고 도구도 없습니다.

3. 기기에만 저장되는 정보

게임을 이어서 할 수 있도록 아래 정보가 이용자의 기기 내부 저장공간에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않으며 운영자도 볼 수 없습니다.

이용자가 기기 자체의 백업 기능(예: iCloud 백업, Google 백업)을 켜 둔 경우, 운영체제가 앱 데이터를 이용자 본인 계정의 백업에 포함할 수 있습니다. 이 백업은 이용자와 Apple 또는 Google 사이에서 처리되며 운영자는 접근할 수 없습니다.

4. 네트워크 접속

앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 불러오고 보여 줄 때만 인터넷을 사용합니다. 게임 자체는 오프라인으로 동작하며, 게임 진행 데이터는 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 운영자는 서버를 두지 않습니다.

5. 기기 권한

앱은 카메라, 마이크, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 저장소 등 이용자에게 묻는 기기 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. Android에서는 광고 SDK가 인터넷·네트워크 상태·광고 ID 권한을 선언하며, 이 권한은 별도 확인 없이 허용됩니다.

6. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

제3자는 Google(AdMob) 하나이며, 광고 제공을 위해 2항의 광고 관련 정보를 광고 SDK로부터 직접 받습니다. 운영자는 개인정보를 판매·대여하거나 넘기지 않습니다.

7. 보유 기간 및 데이터 삭제 방법

기기에 저장된 진행 데이터는 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남아 있습니다. 아래 방법으로 언제든 직접 지울 수 있습니다.

• 앱 삭제: 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 진행 데이터와 설정이 함께 삭제됩니다.
• Android: 설정 → 애플리케이션(앱) → Spirit Road → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제.
• iPhone·iPad: 설정 → 일반 → iPhone(iPad) 저장 공간 → Spirit Road → 앱 삭제.

운영자는 이용자의 데이터를 보관하지 않으므로, 삭제된 진행 데이터를 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 광고는 전체이용가·보호자 지도 등급의 내용으로 제한합니다.

9. 이 웹사이트

이 웹사이트는 쿠키, 분석 도구, 광고 추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 화면 언어(한국어/영어) 선택만 이용자의 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 기록되며, 이 값은 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

웹사이트는 Netlify에서 호스팅되고 글꼴(Pretendard)은 jsDelivr CDN에서 불러옵니다. 페이지를 여는 과정에서 IP 주소, 브라우저 종류 등 일반적인 접속 정보가 이 서비스들에 전달되어 보안과 전송을 위해 처리될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이 정보를 이용자 식별이나 분석 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

10. 이용자의 권리

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 보유하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상 정보가 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 7항의 방법으로 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

광고 선택권. 법이 요구하는 지역(유럽경제지역, 영국, 스위스 등)에서는 광고가 이용자 정보를 쓰기 전에 앱이 동의를 묻고, 로비의 개인정보 버튼으로 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수도 있습니다(Android: 설정 → Google → 광고 또는 개인정보 보호 → 광고, iPhone: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 및 Apple 광고).
