Terms of Service (English)
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the mobile game Spirit Road (the “App”), provided by DJ.H (Do Jin-hyeon) (the “Operator”). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The App is a free single-player game that plays offline. It shows ads served by Google AdMob, has no in-app purchases, and needs no account or sign-in. Rewards from an optional rewarded ad are game items only and have no cash value.
3. License
The Operator grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App. The terms of the store you downloaded it from (App Store or Google Play) also apply.
4. What you may not do
Except where the law allows it, you may not:
- copy, modify, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit the App;
- reverse-engineer or decompile the App, or extract and distribute its art, sound or other assets;
- create or distribute modified versions of the App.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the App and its content — art, characters, music, text and more — belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders.
6. Game data
Your progress is stored only on your device and is not kept on any server. If it is lost because you uninstall the App, clear its data, or lose or replace your device, the Operator cannot restore it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Changes to the App
The Operator may change the App through updates (for example balance, stages or features) and may stop distributing it. Because the App is free, no compensation is provided for such changes.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty that it is error-free or works on every device. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of this free App, except for damages caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
The Operator may update these terms and will post the new version and its effective date on this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

1. 목적
이 약관은 DJ.H (Do Jin-hyeon)(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 모바일 게임 스피릿로드(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스 내용
앱은 무료로 제공되는 싱글플레이 게임이며 오프라인에서도 플레이할 수 있습니다. Google AdMob 광고가 표시되고, 인앱 결제는 없으며, 계정이나 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다. 보상형 광고로 받는 보상은 게임 안 아이템일 뿐 현금 가치가 없습니다.
3. 이용 허락
운영자는 이용자에게 앱을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 있는, 양도할 수 없는 비독점적 권리를 부여합니다. 앱을 내려받은 앱 마켓(App Store, Google Play)의 이용 조건도 함께 적용됩니다.
4. 금지 행위
관련 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고, 이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 앱을 복제, 수정, 재배포, 판매하거나 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
- 앱을 역설계·디컴파일하거나 앱의 그림, 소리 등 구성 요소를 추출해 배포하는 행위
- 앱을 변조한 버전을 만들거나 배포하는 행위
5. 지식재산권
앱과 앱에 포함된 그림, 캐릭터, 음악, 텍스트 등 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
6. 게임 데이터
게임 진행 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며 운영자의 서버에 보관되지 않습니다. 앱 삭제, 앱 데이터 삭제, 기기 분실·교체 등으로 데이터가 사라지면 운영자는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
7. 서비스의 변경 및 중단
운영자는 업데이트를 통해 앱의 내용(밸런스, 스테이지, 기능 등)을 변경할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 앱의 배포를 중단할 수 있습니다. 앱은 무료로 제공되므로 이로 인한 별도의 보상은 제공되지 않습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 운영자는 앱에 오류가 없거나 모든 기기에서 작동함을 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 무료로 제공되는 앱의 이용과 관련하여 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 그러하지 않습니다.
9. 약관의 변경
운영자는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
10. 준거법 및 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 생기면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
